Seerfish provides AI-powered swarm simulation and reporting for startup pitch decks. By using the website, you acknowledge that we may collect and process information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

• Account information such as your email address and authentication details.
• Content you submit, including pitch decks, prompts, uploaded files, chat messages, and generated reports.
• Payment-related information needed to process purchases or subscriptions.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device details, cookies, and usage analytics.
• A timestamp recording when you accepted these policies during account signup, retained for compliance and dispute resolution purposes.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Seerfish service.
• To run the swarm simulation on your uploaded pitch deck and produce the score, levers, diagnoses, and agent transcript.
• To display your simulation on the leaderboard at the visibility level you choose (Public, Anonymous, or Hidden).
• To send the weekly briefing to subscribed investors.
• To authenticate users, manage accounts, and prevent abuse or fraud.
• To process transactions, subscriptions, and customer support requests.
• To analyze product performance, reliability, and usage trends.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Role-archetype personas

Seerfish constructs simulation personas from public role-archetype data: what operators in a category say, what investors at a stage are funding, what customers in a segment are buying. Personas are derived from public sources (industry commentary, published portfolios, public statements) and are presented as role archetypes, not as impersonations of named individuals.

Seerfish does not generate voice, video, or image of real individuals. Outputs are text-only synthesis. Users cannot prompt the system to impersonate, deepfake, or generate quotes attributed to specific named individuals.

If you are a public figure and would like your published statements or positions excluded from Seerfish’s persona-construction sources, contact us at privacy@seerfish.ai and we will remove you from the source set used for future simulations.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, authenticate users, and measure traffic. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or session-replay tools. Browser cookie controls can be used to disable non-essential cookies; the product will still work.

Data sharing

We share information with service providers that help operate the platform: hosting, analytics, authentication, payments, infrastructure, and AI model providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your pitch deck content to train AI models for the benefit of other users.

Data retention and security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed as completely secure.
