These terms govern access to and use of the Seerfish website, products, and related services.

By creating a Seerfish account, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. Continued use of the service after any update to these terms also constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Use of the service

Seerfish provides AI-assisted swarm simulation, scoring, diagnosis, and reporting for startup pitch decks. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the platform.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create a Seerfish account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the platform or other users.

User content

You retain responsibility for pitch decks, prompts, uploads, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content and that it does not violate the law or third-party rights.

You retain ownership of your content. We use it only to deliver Seerfish to you, store it on our infrastructure, and display the resulting simulation at the visibility level you choose. We do not use your pitch deck content to train AI models for other users.

Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who acts as Merchant of Record for all Seerfish purchases. Pricing is as displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the displayed price unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What Seerfish does and does not promise

Outputs generated by Seerfish are illustrative simulation, not predictions or guarantees of business outcomes. They are intended to inform your thinking, not to substitute for professional judgement. Nothing produced by Seerfish constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating results before relying on them.

Seerfish does not facilitate, broker, or take part in any transaction between users. Scout subscribers who message or request introductions to founders are arranging contact, not a transaction. Seerfish does not collect or hold funds between parties and does not earn commission on any deals that result from Seerfish-mediated contact.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Intellectual property

The Seerfish website, branding, software, simulation methodology, scoring algorithms, leaderboard structure, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Seerfish is built on top of two open-source frameworks: MiroFish (AGPL-3.0) and OASIS (Apache-2.0). Except as permitted by law or written permission, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the service in an unauthorised way.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload pitch decks that are not yours or contain confidential third-party information without consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download the leaderboard, briefing, or any other Seerfish content.
• Resell, sublicense, or republish Seerfish output as a competing service.
• Use Seerfish to harass, threaten, or otherwise misuse contact with founders or investors on the platform.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use Seerfish in a way that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seerfish is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or Seerfish is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Seerfish will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction where local consumer-protection law gives you mandatory rights that cannot be waived, those rights apply in addition to anything in these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
