Refund Policy

This page explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how they are processed.

Payments for Seerfish are processed by Dodo Payments, who acts as Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to your original payment method.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that period ends. Subscription fees already paid for the current period are not refunded on cancellation.

When a refund may be issued

We may issue a refund in the following cases:

  • Technical failure of a paid simulation. If a paid simulation fails to complete or fails to deliver its core outputs (score, levers, diagnosis, distribution, agent transcript) due to a defect on our side, contact us within 14 days and we will either re-run the simulation or refund the corresponding charge.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges. Charged twice for the same purchase, or charged in error.
  • Where required by applicable consumer protection law. Local mandatory rights apply in addition to this policy.

When a refund will not be issued

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Subscription periods already paid for, where you have had access to the service.
  • Top-up purchases of additional runs or reads after they have been issued to your account, including unused capacity.
  • Dissatisfaction with simulation outputs that delivered correctly. Outputs are illustrative simulation and may not match a founder’s expectations or claims.
  • Misuse of the service, breach of our Terms of Service, or fraudulent use.

How to request a refund

Email support@seerfish.ai with:

  • The email address tied to your account.
  • The transaction ID or invoice number from your Dodo Payments receipt.
  • A short description of the issue.

We aim to respond to refund requests within one business day. If approved, the refund is processed by Dodo Payments to your original payment method and typically reaches your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank and payment method.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved faster directly with us. Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may delay resolution and may, where applicable, lead to suspension of your account in line with our Terms of Service.
